Mr. Jeffrey Tan, our tour guide, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, capturing our hearts with his insights and keeping the group lively with his humor. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone enjoyed the durian feast, even personally serving durians and making sure we were all satisfied. His responsibility and care were evident, especially as he ensured we were all safely boarded at immigration before bidding us farewell. Jeffrey is a true professional, and I hope the company recognizes his exceptional service.

Mr. David, our coach captain, showcased superb driving skills and was a friendly presence throughout the trip. He ensured our safety and comfort, making our journey back home smooth and enjoyable.

JQ Travel is truly a well organised company. We went for a day trip to JB - the coach is brand new with good tour guide and captain. The 2 meals were fabulous and palatable. From the transportation arrangements to the tour guide and bus driver, JQ Travel provided excellent service for our 3D2N KL-Genting-Malaka trip last week.
Both the tour guide and bus driver performed their jobs well and were responsible and professional in ensuring we were safe on the road and had a better understanding of the history of the places we visited.
We were also pleased with the food recommended by our tour guide, Aven.
Jamz, the trip coordinator at JQ Travel, assisted us greatly in coordinating the trip, especially in getting Malaysian visas at the last minute for our foreign employees.
We would not have been able to hold our company retreat without him.
There is no doubt that we will continue to use the services of JQ Travel Company in the future for company trips.
