Gardens by the Bay
Gardens by the Bay is a 101-hectare futuristic nature park located by the Marina Reservoir in central Singapore. Officially opened in 2012, it is part of Singapore’s strategy to transform into a “City in a Garden.”
The park is most famous for its Supertree Grove — vertical gardens ranging from 25 to 50 meters in height — which light up at night during the Garden Rhapsody show. Other key attractions include the Flower Dome, the world’s largest glass greenhouse, and the Cloud Forest, which houses a 35-meter indoor waterfall and lush mountain vegetation.
Gardens by the Bay has won numerous international awards for landscape design and sustainability. It is among Singapore’s most visited attractions, drawing millions of local and international visitors each year.
